Recently while at the Spokane Airport, I ordered a "bowl" of Terlingua Lime Chili, to go. The paper "bowl" it came in looked quite small, but the fellow that worked there assured me that size bowl "filled him up". I ate it, was still hungry, and ordered another bowl. I took the paper bowl home, measured it, and lo and behold, it holds 8 ounces (1 cup to anyone from planet Earth). You could cram in 10 ounces, but he didn't. Still not a bowl, in my book. Therefore, to eat a real "bowl" of chili cost me $12.
