We were called by this company to do a chimney sweep. We had work done by this company (under different name) a couple of years ago. They came as scheduled. Technician noticed other work that was needed. He did some minor repairs and then was going to order panels for fireplace. This was 2/10/07.
Since then (with lots of follow-up calls) we were originally told they had the parts and were going to come and install. On install day were told the parts were not in. Then we told that the parts would be twice as expensive. We told them no thanks,give us our money back,$430.
We negotiated with them to except $350 on 3/17/07. We have placed call after call to these people and get nothing but a run around from all of there personel.
They owe us $430, please help.

Just a word of caution. I have inside information that chimney solutions owes some of its vendors thousands of dollars that it has and probably will neglect to pay.......word to the wise.
