This company is a fraud! Please do not purchase anything from this site. Only purchase from companies based in the USA where there are laws to protect you from such fraud. I recently purchased a dress and when I received it, it was nothing like what was described on their site. The dress was described as white, but it is actually ivory. The quality is VERY poor - fabric so cheap I can see through it! And it does not fit - their clothes are not true too size. Despite all of this, the company will not issue me a refund. They will not send a return form which is apparently necessary to get a refund. They are asking for photos of the dress and giving me the run around. I don't know of any company on the planet that will not issue a refund for an item you cannot wear! The experience has been horrible! This comapny is a FRAUD! Please do not spend your money. You will not be satisfied with your purchase and will not be able to return it for a refund. I've done everything they've asked and still cannot get a refund. And on top of that, there is no number to call to speak to someone - only communication is through email.
Please do not spend your money or waste your time with this company. Only shop in the USA! Its worth it!

Sorry you had such a bad experience, but I ordered a prom dress off of that website because I couldn't afford one at a legit store in Oregon and it was great. The color was something like what I expected and I found the website really helpful because they gave the sizes of the models and a lot of differently angled pictures. I received the dress in the mail within the time they estimated it would take and it fit perfectly. Didn't seem like lower quality materials were used or anything. I was really sketched out by ordering from a Chinese company for something as important as my prom dress, but it turned out great and I would definitely order from them again.
