chinatabletspcs Androidtabletspcs.com,Starzmart Took my money and gave me the run around Internet

On March 19 2012 I placed an  order with Chinatabletspcs.com for a 9.7 inch android tablet. The company sent me a confirmation that my order was accepted and would soon be sent out. A couple of days later the money was taken out of the account.  about two days later I get an email stating that the adressee name and visa card used was not the same. It was my girlfriend who was ordering the tablet and sending it to my house. Chinatabletspcs stated that the addressee name and visa card should be the same so i sent a email stating to change the name on the addressee to that of the visa card holder. Should have been simple. I waited a couple of days and requested a tracking number with DHL to find out when it would arrive. When I emailed the site they sent me an email stating that the order was unpaid. But my girlfriend has a statement showing that the funds had been taken out. When I contacted the company they stated that the order was on its way, after a couple of days nothing. When I contacted the company they stated that there was an issue with the payment terms. WHAT??!! So i requested a refund. They then sent me a email and said that i would have to request a refund from the company i transferred the money to. WHAT?!?!? So now I going to try all and I do mean ALL methods for filing a complaint even if I have to right a letter to our FTC and the Chinese government. I plan to make it my mission in life to stop this company from defrauding anyone else.
