Chino Hills Ford Ran my credit report without authorization Ripoff Chino Hills California

I asked them to look for a SUV for me, since my roommate had bought a truck there 4 weeks prior and the same day he started running my credit report. He left am a message asking me for permission to run it at 7:30pm I had just called him at 5pm. I was going to call Andrew Harris the next day and tell him NO do not run the credit report. But by the next day at 10am when he called me and he said that he had already done it, he had run it with 7 company and lowered my credit rating. When I checked my credit record I found he had run it before he had even left me the message asking for permission. I called the General Manager to complain, he just said come in and I will make you a good deal. I told him I could no longer trust their dealership.
They did not have written or verbal consent to run the report and did it anyway to try to rope me into buying from them.
