Chipmans Accounting Screwmans should be the name because thats what I got and had to pay for it. Aztec New Mexico

 On 02/12/2015 I did my taxes with Chipman's accounting I have been waiting they did tell me it should be in around 21 days on the 23rd day I inquired about my return they said they did not no and that 21 days was just a number they use on Friday 03/13/2015 I get a call from them saying my taxes have been flagged because they do not have my Obama care P/w that says I had Insurance for the required amount of time in 2014.This is a (LIE) not only did I bring the p/w with me on the day I did my taxes I asked if the lady doing my taxes needed a copy of it and was told no. In the meantime go to the IRS site only to find nothing being processed and nothing about it being flagged. On 03/13/15 I take the p/w back to Chipman's as they have requested this will fix the problem HA HA I ask why does the IRS site not even show that my taxes have been filed and they do E-file so I would think it would show something anyways the receptionist Ronda tells me( oh that site)they do not update maybe once a week not daily like it says she tried to convince me that this site is bogus and they have done their job.In the mean time my state comes in they take all of their fees out of that I ask why the fees are suppose to come out of my fed at this point I am very upset I can now see on the IRS site that my return is being processed (WHY BECAUSE SHE SENT IT ) THIS COMPANY thy have treated me like and idiot and charged me 176.00 I am still waiting for my return and have had to postpone my move to Texas. Very unprofessional will never I will never do taxes with these people again and will warn others about them.
