Choctaw Lodge Choctaw Casino Resort / Lodge No One at the Front Desk ------At all......nothing Durant Oklahoma

I received a special "deal" to visit a night at the Choctaw Lodge for a discounted rate.

Little did I know the joke was on me.

Around midnight, after listening to an hour of loud music and the thunder of people running down the hall above me, I 

called the front desk to complain.   I got no answer...... Nothing...

I tried again almost every 15 minutes for about 2 hours , still N o t h i n g ..........no one was at the front desk...i then called the 800 number for the general reservations .....who said to go up there my self and talk to them......NO  I was thinking that probably wasn't a good idea since I a women going to confront a perfect stranger at 2 in the morning.  Then they said they would call security.  I still heard loud music and things crashing for about one hour more.

I had NO sleep and I talked to the front desk that morning, she said nothing......I called the 800 number again, and they remembered me calling during the night and said they would report it.  I went on home to get some sleep as my health suffers when I don't get any sleep.

I want my money back...........please.
