On 11/9/10 when I receivd my bank statement I noticed an unusual name (Choice  Gold Svcs) $99.95 was taking out of my account. I call the company and explained what happened. The lady on the phone told that they have received my application in 9/15/10 from a payday loan company. I ask her which company she did not give me the name of the company. That go to show you the payday loan stated at beginning of the application they will not disclosed your personal information. Well anyway she told me the was a online network where you can shop, I ask her how when I do not have a card. I told her not on one time they took $99.95 out of my account without my permission but twice on 10/1/10 and 10/29/10.  Since I did not authorized for this card how do i go by getting my money back. She told me the company do not have a refund policy. So I AM OUT OF @200.00. I  went to my bank and filed a report on them entered my checking account without permission. Ihave to filled out so many papers just to get the money returned to my account. What a scam the payday loan people have going on along with this company.
