On December 20, 2012, I ordered a trial sized bottle of Green Coffee Bean Extract through one of the "freebie" sites, for the nominal fee of $4.99 postage and processing fee. The product arrived a few days later with only the bottle of pills/capsules in the envelop, no packing slip or invoice of any kind, which I thought rather odd.

January 1, 2013 I received an Alert from my bank stating my account was over-drawn by $89.95.  I notified my bank immediately that this was an Unauthorized charge.

On January 2, 2013 I called the Customer Service number for the company that I was able to find after searching the Internet for the Company. That is also when I found out this would be a 2-week Trial Offer (not mentioned in the sign up literature I was routed to, And I was certainly NOT informed that I would automatically be charged $89.95 for what I assume is to be the next shipment of Green Coffee Bean Extract. At no time during the sign up process was I informed that this was only a trial or that I had to cancel within a specific time period.  Had this been made known to me up front I would NOT have ordered it to begin with. Another mis-leading part of their advertisement was in the use of Dr Oz'a name and in such a way that it sounded like he was endorsing the product. (In my later Internet searches I found the full site and the disclaimer that Dr Oz had in no way endorsed the product and had only given information on what the extract was capable of doing/providing, complete with a video with Dr Oz actually stating the tributes of this extract. It was the good Doctor's accolades that made me feel comfortable in ordering this product.

When I called the Customer Service number (1-855-946-1060) the gentleman I spoke to was having a difficult time finding my account and was told he would have to have another party call me back!
