Choice Homes Warranty CHW Denied to pay for a claim to repair or replace my air condition unit AMERICUS Georgia

I am within terms of my contract and Choice Home Warranty have failed to resolve my air condition issues. I recently made a claim with Choice Home Warranty concerning my AC unit, and when the technician came out his findings where compressor locked up needs new compressor. The the tech. called CHW and before he was out of the driveway I was receiving an email stating to notify CHW concerning my recent claim . I did so and the male customer representative told me my claim had been denied. I asked why and he said there is some HARD START placed on the unit. This 5 ton unit was manufactured by Goodman in 2006. In reality CHW is a SCAM and have decieved thier customers because they are nothing but a referral business who MIGHT  cover a simple household problem but have no intention of covering anything major.
