EPS, Chonda Pearson and John Dorsey work hand in hand. They are scam artists. We did work for them and now they are refusing to pay for the work done. claiming MUCH AFTER the fact that we did unsatisfactory work. Of course, they did not bother at the time or at anytime to tell us this. In fact I called and they said the machine worked fine, but they were replacing it. Now when they get collection calls they LIE and say the machine did not work and of course we have no way of getting our parts back or recouping any of our lost money.
read all the negative reviews online and stay away from EPS, Chonda Pearson, and the owner John Dorsey.
They have done this before with other copier repair companies. shame on them.
DO NOT EXTEND TERMS! get cash on the spot from these scammers!
