I paid for a year of jamstudio.com. The charge instantly went through on my banks end. I tried to log in. no dice. No receipt sent to my email even though it plainly said there would be. I have no conformation code, a charge for almost $50 in my bank statement, and no way to access the site I paid to access.
I sent emails, facebook messages, and now I'm posting here in hopes that I can at least get the service I paid for. I've seen multiple posts of people having the same issue with the company not responding for MONTHS. That is unacceptable. People pay money for services. When they don't get the service they paid for, they tend to spend their money elsewhere. I just want a real response from a real person from this company.

The support team reached out in an email and let me know they fixed my account. I logged in and it works!

I was told that the support team was off this week and to keep checking back. So, I'll keep checking. If it isn't working by Wednesday next week or if my account activates sooner, I'll update again.
