CHOSAT computers, or Murphy's law as I see they are now called are scam artists. Having been college educated in computers I believe I am a better judge of a good computer than Daniel, the owner is anyday. My grandma is 83 years old and is quite sane in the mind. However, her E Machines computer went out after a few years and she called CHOSAT to repair it after seeing the ad in the Leader. There was a 20$ discount for new customers and seniors making her bill $40.00 for him to look at her computer.

Immediately afterwards he decided he could not fix her computer, which I believe was the plan all-together. I wrote down to my grandma exactly what she needed for her rare usage. All the hardware, software, and operating system needs. I wrote her down also what NOT to buy.She refused to listen to me or my mom who are experienced and instead listened to this scam artist who brainwashed her. He had her spending about $280.00 if I can remember for a piece of junk computer with Windows ME Edition (everyone knows was no good), hardly any RAM, or hard disk capacity.

This computer was "homemade" and would be considered junk in the mid 1990s too. The computer mysteriously had some password saving problem and would seem to be slow when typing in a password. We believe he had the security features hacked to get her password or even just change it. I called him repeatedly and at first he dodged my calls. I told him he needs to take that computer back because it is no good and he told me she had a deadline to return it and its up. We also have reason to believe that he might have hid her keys in her house because she ended up having to have the front door steel plate on the gate replaced. But we do not have definite proof of this.
