DO NOT DO ANY WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!! The plummer did not set the tub correctly making nothing level. The walls of this house are out of plum and square and Chris Lovell knew this.
We did redo a wall and took off for materials because I was not happy with the work. We had to wait on plummer to get out of the way putting us behind almost 4 days. Also he had a bug infestation which took another two or three days to rectify. These people know absolutely nothing about laying tile. They used 12 x 24 porcelain tile on thier walls which is very heavy. The tiles had to set up as not to travel. They changed thier minds from a subway tile (3x6) to this tile. I did not change my price even though I should have. We had to replace rotten wood in one bathroom. I am like most contractors having several jobs going at once and thank God. Thier house was kept spotless except for the mess the plummer made. Veronika Lovell even stated how clean we were. She also noted that all of our tile lines were as she put it sooo straight. We even hauled trash to dump for these people. They seem to think a Genie will come in and blink them a new bathroom. But in the real world it is called demolition for a reason. And the trash from this is called debris.
It was also explained that there would probably be unforseen damage behind walls or under floors. Sorry. No Superman xray eyes here. We were the ones who discovered they HAD a bug problem and alerted them. Also the plummer flooded thier upstairs bth and the water ran down the chandelier onto thier dinind roon table. He also put his foot through the celing in the other bathroom.
Yeah we are the bad guys. Get a life.

First I don't know who the hell these people are talking about in South Carolina. You may all see my "Shoddy" work on my website including customer references. We do work for 4 national companies as well as many local contractors. I am going to file a lawsuit against these folks for defamation of character as well as Ripoffreport.com for allowing redistribution of this without checking facts. My lawyer is Carnell Johnson Mr. Lovell. And by the way the plummer flooded your house and put his foot through your ceilng. Or did your wife not tell you. See you in court simple mind.

Typical case of sour apples. I posted a Ripoff on Bill Moss and Tileworks on June 9, 2012 and this is his way of getting back at my wife and I. Please check my Ripoff report on Bill Moss Tileworks.
We are good people who have always paid as promised for work performed at our home. We fired Bill Moss as he could not deliver as promised on our tile job. He was not meeting the timeline he gave, and his workmanship was horrible. Why would we let him continue to wreck our bathrooms? Bill Moss knew exactly what tile he was going to be laying, and simply could not handle working with large size tiles. We paid what was agreed upon by both sides to end the work and go our separate ways. The best move we have made with remodeling the house is not letting Bill Moss continue in this job and tile our master bathroom.
As for the plumber; he did a great job. Bill had an issue with him for some reason, maybe sour apples again.
I was telling a co-worker about our experience with Tileworks, and when I mentioned the name Bill Moss, he broke out laughing. My co-worker is local from South Carolina and has worked on construction jobs where Bill Moss has performed tile work. He stated he has seen plenty of his shoddy work, and saw him get fired several times part way through jobs because of workmanship. I wish I would have known this before we hired him, it would have saved us a lot of time, money and headaches.
My wife and I posted the Ripoff Report on Bill Moss and Tileworks to save other homeowners from his shoddy work. He posted on us to be vindictive. Check the dates on the postings and I think you will agree.
