Christopher Antone is the building manager he said he owns the building but he works for an organization that is using him to perpetrate their scam. He is a violent man with a history or violent convictions and fraud. He has several active PPO’s against him from past tenants and exes. His scam is to keep the security deposit and then sue the tenants for damages in upwards of $12,000. When the tenants counter sue his attorney Mike Bahoura puts the pressure on. If he doesn’t get you to play by his rules then he resorts to threats and violence. To date each tenant who had lived in the building since his purchase since last year has sued him and/ or has been sued. It’s in upwards of $80,000 in fraud just last year alone. None of the units had any damage when the tenants moved out yet he makes bogus claims. He instills so much fear with his threats of violence that you end up paying for your own safety. This sadistic animal needs to be prosecuted for his fraud.
