I will address the comments that are made by Chris. First of all we worked for many pool companies in New England. If there were any problems we addressed them right away. As for the comment that he had to send a crew back out to repair work we did, he never metioned any problems with any jobs until we filed court paperwork on him. We moved and closed our company because we wanted to move to Florida. When we closed our company we had plenty of work.

Chris needs to check some of his facts because most of them are not true. He also said that we were just worried about getting paid well we always had to chase Chris down to get paid for the work we did for him.And he usually always had us meet him at a bar, very unprofessional. And on two occassions he gave us checks that bounced, the first one he paid on. The second check he gave us that bounced is the one we took him to court on. We gave him proof of insurance on the first job we did for him and he never asked for proof of insurance from us again. We always carried full insurance.

Chris was served by hand and through mail on all court dates, which we have proof of. He made the chose not to go to court and dispute the claim.

As for Jeff being a butcher we take pictures of every job we do, for this exact reason. So if the job had to be redone then Chris should have proof of this. If he thought Jeff was a butcher why did he have him do 11 pools for him. We did 11 pools over two years for Chris, not 3.

Chris should be careful what he says about people especailly making statements that can be slanderous. Because none of the comments in Chris's rebuttal are true. I can provide proof of everything I have said about Chris. And this rebuttal just proves our point that Chris is very unprofessional.

Jeffs General Services did three Tile and Coping repairs for AAA Pools. He was paid in full for two of the Jobs. I requested several times from him to get Certificate of Insurance from him. I asked for this on several occasions and he always claimed he would have one for me, but all he was ever concered with was getting paid right away. I to this day never recevied a Certificate of Insurance from this deadbeat. This final Job that Jeff did for AAA Pools was so HORRIABLE, we had Crews there for two additional days. His reputation for being a BUTCHER in the Swimming Pool Industry in New England was so awful that he Moved to Englewood FL to Start Over. NO ONE IN THE SWIMMING POOL INDUSTRY WOULD HIRE THIS CLOWN SO HE HAD TO MOVE!! And Yes these deadbeats do have a court order against me because they never mailed me any court paperwork and gave the court a wrong address for me so they could deceptively get a judgement against AAA Pools. But make no mistake, if I could get a hearing for these deadbeats they would be owing me money! There might be this complaint against AAA Pools but we have built and repaired hundreds of Pools with many happy and satisfied customers and it is unfornate that sometimes we do have deadbeat, drug addicted people do work for us. This ultimately cost this contractor alot more then it should have.
