Chris Boyd - Houston Sports Investments misled me and Sold Me a $1500 Jersey for $3275 Missouri City Texas

Chris Boyd sold me a Jeff Bagwell 2003 Game Used Jersey under false pretenses. He told me that it had a "perfect" autograph, which I paid more for, and that it was from "a friend of Jeff's in the California-area". I later learned that he kept the nicer jersey with better provenance for himself, and sold me a lesser jersey wtih a faded autograph. When I pointed this out publically on a forum, he blamed me for bringing this up and then said "I don't give refunds based on ethics."

He also admitted to selling doctored bats in the past on that same thread, but claimed he was clean now, even though he sold a game-model bat as game-used. I paid $3275 for the jersey, and I later found out that I could have bought the same item from the dealer in Colorado for $1200. I have been ripped off, and Chris Boyd refuses to give me my money back. He also told me he bought a pair of cleats on my behalf, and then told me that I would be the first that he wouls sell them to. He now says he won't do business with me, because I was the one who brought the issues up on a public forum.

I am both owed a refund on the jersey, and the pair of cleats he told me he bought on my behalf.
