We have known Chris Cali for over a year now.  During that time she has proven herself as two-faced, manipulative, self-serving, arrogant, egocentric, and unlawful person.  She claims to be a real estate agent but all she does is represent her own selfish interests.  Real estate agents are supposed to work for their clients.  Not Chris Cali, she works against her clients and for the counter-party and herself.  She did not show us one house,  I had to find every listing I wanted to go see.  Eventually when we decided to move foward, she made a deal with the landlord of the house.  She knew there was mold, she knew there were plumbing issues, she knew there were habitability issues and she decided not to tell us.  The landlord had changed the lease so much so it was unrecognizeable and Chris's reaction was "there are only a few minor changes, just sign it."  Our mistake.  We should not have trusted her professional advice. 

She then pushed us into a bad property, knowing the true condition of it.  She breached her fiduciary duty to use and misadvised us.  She was not only dishonest and not truthful but make numerous misrepresentations.  She then decided to run her mouth and disclose all of our personal and confidential information that had no relation to this deal.  She then told me I could send her money personally instead of paying Keller Williams.  Clearly she never reported the deal to Keller Williams and wanted to pocket the money she thought she was entitled to.  Her moral character is so questionable that she told us she has been dating a married man for years.  A married man with kids to be exact. . .

That defines her character perfectly.  Who tells their clients this information? She will smile at you and pretend to be your best friend and then stab you in the back later.  She will convinence you that you have to take the most expensive property so her commission will be the greatest and push you into a property irregardless of whether it is habitable or not.  We have submitted complaints to the California Bureau of Real Estate in order to get her licensed revoked.  She should never be able to practice real estate again.  If you want to end up in a unhabitable house and have your information passed out to the world, then contact her.  If not stay far far far away from this two-faced, two-timing, cheating, dis-honest, backstabbing woman.
