Chris Carpenter Craigslist Electrician Thief / Con Artist Scammer Chicago Illinois

Gets work off craigslist and claims to be an electrician. Says he was in the union, but currently not, has no license and is not registered. He does have a cheap business card with his alias and temporary cell number on it.

Goes by the name Chris or Christopher Carpenter. Notice "Carpenter" - a nice name for a con artist doing handyman work.

He does shoddy work, says he will come back and never does. He will steal from you when not looking, come back at random times to see if you are home to rob you more, and if he gets the chance he will.

He is also an alchoholic, smells of alchohal most the time and shows signs of hard drug use such as bulging eyes, inpatience, sweating and other notiable symptoms.

He wears glasses and has tattoos on his forarms.

If you come in contact with him, get him out of your house, call your local police and take a picture of his license plate so they can catch this con-artist criminal.
