The restraining order was just filed last month in COCO County. So if I am starting trouble who cares. You have only known Scott for a couple of years. I have known him a lot longer. Like I said look at his background, ie not his credit but his criminal background. When you find it out-I would run. As for not paying chilld support that is your problem you spread your legs not me.

Why don't you pull a background check on Scott. I know more than you think. I am not going to go back and forth with you. If he has done questionable things in his life than why did he file a restraining order againest you ? Scott's mother and father did not raise him or his brothers right. Please explain to me how someone not paying their child support is ok, especially when they owe $200k?  The county considers this illegal.  The children suffer from this.  How can someone who is raising children on their own with no financial help be immature?  Do you realize that you, as a tax payer, are footing the bill for some children of deadbeat dads, due to their mother's inability to provide adequate financial support to her children? Furthermore, what makes any of this your business?  In regard to Scott Rothenbush, while I do agree that he has done some questionable things in his life, I don't think publically calling him out as a drug user is appropriate.  In his defense, I have NEVER seen him use drugs. 

Also, this post has not been commented on for over 2 years and you decided to start problems.  If you have personal issues with Scott please do not involve me in them.

The restraining order filed against Lisa Coonan was unfounded.  In fact, everything in the order was fabricated with no evidence to back any of it up.  It was filed as a method of revenge due to a break up.  Legal counsel has  been obtained for Lisa Coonan and defamation of character is being considered. 

The guy on here reporting scott and lisa is right. scott has been in trouble before and just filed a restraining order againest lisa in contra costa county. scott has a foreclosure in las vegas nv. scott has done drugs for many years. lisa sounds like she has had problems. I would not be surprisesed that any of it is true. His brother todd is not much better. I am saying this because I know all about scott rothenbush's background. This is not the first time for scott to do stuff like this. Sincerely a neighbor.

Lisa Coonan is posting unusual reports on this website, and is using mind altering medication, subject to a cult influence.  The leader of this cult is a man named Scott in Discovery Bay.  Lisa Coonan should be avoided at all costs, as she is a very vindictive individual, and claims to have connections with organized crime.

I was forced to file a rebuttal against Chris Coonan last year due to threats that resulted in a 5 year restraining order against him.  All that was said about him was true and what he said was a blatant lie.  He still has not paid child support and it has been a year. I do not work and am trying to support his 3 children on unemployment while he is working and hiding in China. It is almost impossible for me to have justice served since he is a coward and is hiding in another country.

I am Chris Coonan, the anonymous person filing the report against me is my soon to be X-wife, Lisa Coonan. I am currently unemployed, and my x-wife is, and has been in a relationship with our neighbor in Discovery Bay, CA - Scott Rothschild. Since she was cheating on me for almost 2 years, our marraige of 17 years is ending in divorce. I paid Lisa and all of her expenses until I was laid off in November. She in fact cashed a $2000 check from me on October 31, 2008, just 6 days before the layoff.

We have been in a legal battle, between her Divorce attorney, Rachael Burley, and mine, Neil Holmes for the past 6 months. We are headed to court on March 25th again, and I will actually be petitioning for spousal support, which she has not provided to me. Lisa is currently EMPLOYED, and is earning around $80,000 per year. I am on the other hand currently a welfare case, with $15 in my checking account, trying to draw unemployment benefits from the State of California.

He is hiding so he doesn't have to pay child support but is supporting some woman he met 2 months ago on Asian Friend Finder. He refuses to call or see his children. I think it is due to her. Her name is Chang (Michelle Liu). She told me he was going to get spousal support for me so he could "buiy her tings" (Yes that is how this ignorant woman says things). He also made up some name of some business that he says he owns. If he really owns this busines he shouldn't have a problem paying child support. The business is Coonan, Gerling, & Liu (The first name is his, the second is his 96 year old Grandmother and the last is the woman he met on Asian Friend Finder. He claims this to be an Architecture and Real Estate development firm. He is the only one trained as an architect but he is not registered after being out of school for 16 years.
