Chris Curry Listing Funnels unauthorized bank withdrawal Don't use Curry Listing Funnels for any marketing. I bought a $5.95 cd, they charged me for $97 then refused to refund it "because I didn't call soon enough". They couldn't or wouldn't even provide proof I purchased anything!. Internet

According to our terms of use that you agreed to at the time of the order, no refund is owed. (http://www.agentroi.com/terms-of-use/). At this time I can not provide a copy of your order, but can tell you that your order was placed on 3/30/15, and your 14 day trial ran out on 4/13/15. As stated on the order, we give you an extra two day window prior to charging. If you had called or canceled in time, we would have avoided the charge, or if we had made a mistake, we would issue a refund.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel the $97 charge was unauthorized. I'm more than happy to explain the $97 charge and why this charge is non refundable.

After purchasing the CD, you were directed to a page offering a $1 (14) day trial for our Listing Funnels program. Please view screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/hIiP6QOQ

You then clicked the "Instantly Activate $1 Trial" button and activated the $1 (14) day trial with our company. Our Terms of Use and entirety of this subscription with our company was clearly disclosed to you before you clicked the button. Here is the verbiage for the Terms of Use for this subscription:

"Cancel your subscription anytime by contacting the customer service team at (386) 752-6534 or by emailing support@curryprograms.com, they are available Monday through Friday 8 AM - 6PM EST. I understand that I am signing up for a $1 (14) Day Trial for the Listing Funnels program. I understand after the (14) day trial that I will automatically be charged $97 for the Listing Funnels Monthly Membership Fee, and $97 every month thereafter until I request to cancel. I understand that the 1 payment I am making today is refundable for 30 days, but all future subscription charges non refundable."

On 3/30/15, the day you upgraded to the $1 (14) day trial, we sent you a welcome email containing your login information to the membership site, including the unique password you chose for your login info. Our records show you have opened this email and logged into our membership site on 3/30, the day you purchased the $1 (14) day trial. We also provided you with (400) Vacant Leads, which the form to request these leads is only accessible if you are a Listing Funnels member. You requested these leads on 3/30 as well. You also continued to access the training and content provided, as well as viewing emails containing membership info and invitations to join our weekly live training sessions after the transaction date, so I'm confused on how you were unaware of your subscription with our company.

You requested to cancel your subscription on 4/19, after the 4/15 subscription fee went through. The monthly subscription fees are non-refundable and you agreed to our terms of use that were clearly stated when you clicked the "Instantly Activate $1 Trial" button. You have access to the membership site, all content and training until 5/15/2015, for the month you have paid for.
