Signed up for Facebook Ads program to generate listing leads.  Program failed to work as promised.  I called multiple times to cancel this service and remained on hold for up to 20 mins at times before I finally gave up and cancelled my debit card. As soon as the debit card didn't work for Chris Curry, he began emailing and calling me relentlessly for two weeks in an attempt to get new card information to bill.

  We'd love to get in touch with you in regard to this, but we are unable to find any account information under that name.  We are available live M-F 9-6 pm, on phones, Live Chat online, and via email anytime.  I'm sorry you didn't get through on the phone before, we DO have some times of high volume.  You can ALWAYS shoot us an email to Support *at* CurryPrograms *dot* com.

  The "failed payment responses" are triggered automatically, if a subscription payment fails.  We try very hard to get in touch with our members before closing a membership out completely.  Once an account has been terminated, it is un-recoverable.  Were you not able to respond to any of these contact attempts?

  It is my personal goal (and my staff's as well) to help ALL of our members achieve satisfactory results using our programs.  We do that in many ways, through live training, weekly workshops, and a full time support staff.  I'm sorry if you weren't able to reach us through any of these methods.  I hope you will reach out again, so we can help you!
