BEWARE!!!!!! Even as this is being written Chris Janey tries to convince others that she is destitute and in need of your help. She makes people believe she has lost one of the following: A relative through death, her family fortune, her job for some unreasonable act on the part of her employer, a friend died. ALL THESE ARE LIES!!!!! These lies then bring on a avalanche of tears and hints at harming herself. She uses these lies to create empathy in you, the person being conned, so she can profit. The stories change from person to person but her method seems to always be the same. BEWARE FELLOW TENANTS OF THE KEYS IN WALNUT CREEK!!!!

Do not even attempt to stay in 350 N Civic Dr #402 Walnut Creek CA. She had a case with someone that she said she knew this person through a friend which was a big lie. She had a case with her ex tenant since she didn't pay the security deposit, even she tried to make money over the tenant. Plus she was prostituting in the house. She calls the guys and pays them to have fantasies with them. And she is using the money which she ripped from her tenants. Beware folks, we are in one of the best locations in CA with pleasant environment and we do not need such people around us. Beware!
