My smalll firm contacted Chris Menera - Service Director, Digital Imaging Systems, 29910-G Murrieta Hot Springs Rd., Murrieta, CA 92563 (951_ 200-5002; email: info@copier4me.com.

We were looking to upgrade our copier/scan/facsimile machine and found his ad in the eBay Classified (Konica color copier.)  He and his criminal counterpart came out to our office located in Huntington Beach around the middle of the month, May 2011.  The basically repeated their operating procedure whereas they delivered a junk machine that was marginally working.  It was late in the day and we blew it because we issued a check in the full amount under the premise that he would come back the next day and fine tune the areas that were not working correctly (shame on us for paying in advance.)

The bottom line is that was it, he cashed the check as soon as he could find a branch and never returned calls or emails or any correspondence.

If there is some type of lawsuit going forward he should get everything that he deserves as he is a first class scumbag.  He is basically a blue collar (criminal).

I believe with my abbreviated research (after the ripoff occured) that a Claudia V Menera could also be involved with his business dealings.
