He promised to get my site ready within a few days but that never happened. he kept giving me excuses 
- his computer crashed
- he was extremely busy, overloaded with projects
- he was going to refund my money and still give me my blog 
-he would give me a bonus for delaying 

by the time I realised what was happening my Paypal refund period was over and Chris Michaels stopped replying to my email..

I doubt if his family and friends in Canada have any idea that he earns his living by cheating people online.

I hope he is caught and punished soon and others don't fall victim to this online criminal
