CHRIST THE KING PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH AKA BOSTON BRUNCH CHURCH Nuisance to neighbors, threat to public safety, illegal homeless encampment, SOMERVILLE Massachusetts

THE STREET ADDRESS IS 204 ELM ST, SOMERVILLE HOWEVER THE ENTIRE PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT 52 RUSSELL ST, CAMBRIDGE, DIRECTLY ON THE CITY LINE. This church is a nuisance to neighbors and dangerous to its own members. Many churches tolerate homeless people sleeping on the premises. Pastor Jeffrey K. Lane takes this to a horrific extreme. The premises are littered with the possessions of hoarder, petty criminal and heavy drinker William Bambery of MA , 7/20/1955 who uses the top of both stairways to drink liquor or listerine, and then pass out drunk. The very small area is strewn with paper products, discarded clothing, shopping carts, numerous liquor bottles and decomposing food. There is feces at various parts of the grounds. No attempt is made by William Bambery or the church to clean up after this mess. Some debris has been present for six months.

William Bambery presently is a fugitive who skipped bail for in Pinellas Co, FL (See state of FL warrants website) He routinely gets arrested in Massachusetts, most recently in Cambridge, spring 2018 for skipping court for a trespassing charge.( See police blotter) Worse still are two violent criminals who now occupy the front staircase landing. Anthony Issac Wall, aporox age 26, and Shawn "Sid" Wiegand, approx 43. These guys are not just seeking a place to sleep. They are drinking and taking drugs there. Wall was locked up twice since 2015 for alleged armed attacks on others, both resulting in hospitalization, one by a shovel ( two victims who were sleeping when attacked, ) the other by knife. (the victim needed abdominal surgery), Wall was released after the victims refused to testify. These incidents were in the Cambridge police blotter , most recently in October 2017. A third incident, with a shovel, occurred in Somerville approx a month ago , and again the victim fled the area and refuses to cooperate. Shawn Wiegand went to Riker's Island Jail in NYC for a knife charge about 2012 . He has been arrested for stealing laptops and drug charges. These guys are dangerous and have no legitimate reason to be present. At worst they are violent. At best they create an eyesore for the neighbors, the area strewn with rubbish.

Wall's recent violent attack resulted in Wall and Wiegand being trespassed from the walkway between Seven Hills Park and the Harvard Vanguard Building in Somerville. They slept there, and consumed alcohol and methamphetamine ( in plain view of every one) for almost a year by the day care center dumpsters. SPD couldn't charge Wall but evicted everyone from the area about July 1. Their next stops were the steps at 64 College Ave church, wherein the pastor called SPD, the church's second building at 45 College Ave and another nearby church. Those areas were strewn with the same trash and feces. After weeks of this, they arrived at 52 Russell St. The churchis 20 feet from the city line, in Cambridge. They've solved their problem with the Somerville Police. Cambridge coddles criminals, public drinkers, and drug users, and these two will not leave because Jeffrey K. Lane has rolled out the welcome mat. In the name of Jeffrey Lane's extremist fringe interpretation of the Gospels, this will continue unabated for years to come.
