After continuous, daily, weekly, monthly emails from me and others, and notification of a lawsuit, nextdaypets.com has removed Christi Harmon from advertising on their site. If you have notified nextdaypets.com of your dealings with Paula Walters and they have done nothing about it, please post here with your information. Nextdaypets told me that they had no complaints against Paula Walters and that is why they could not remove her ads from their site. Even though Christi Harmon is no longer on Nextdaypets.com, puppyfind.com or terrificpets.com, please email them also of your dealings with either Christi Harmon or Paula Walters. We need to make sure neither one can advertise on the internet ever! Also, go to Kijiji.com under Kansas City and search for Tank. Email Kijiji.com also to remove Christi Harmon from their site.

Another thing you can do is call the Sheriff or Chief of Police in Lebanon, Missouri and tell him that you want a health check done on both places of business because you received a dog with a contagious to humans condition. Once requested, the police must follow up with a physical visit.

Please also contact Dr. Jerry Eber, Veterinarian II & Program Coordinator at the Missouri Department of Agriculture. The Missouri Department of Agriculture has received numerous complaints about Paula Walters and Christi Harmon and has done nothing. If that is the impression the State of Missouri wants the rest of the country to have of them, then apparently the Show Me State is showing us just how much they care about animals and people.

As of this morning, Paula Walters had a total of 48 puppies listed on nextdaypets.com. Six Coton De Tulears, Six Pembroke Welsh Corgis advertised as six weeks old, one Silky Terrier 34 weeks old, five Maltese 4 six weeks old and 1 35 weeks old, two Clumber Spaniels both 22 weeks old but one is a MINI? who for some unknown reason stopped growing, eight Shih Tzus, fourteen Pomeranians, two Newfoundlands both 25 weeks old, Two Old English Sheepdogs, one Chihuahua and one German Shepherd 24 weeks old. Selling puppies at six weeks? Both Christi Harmon and Paula Walters buy puppies at auction and sell them over the internet. These dogs are never seen by a vet.

Debbie and Susan are right on target with these proceedings. I own a small kennel myself but that doesn't give Christi Harmon the right to sell me a dog with Brucella Canis, which she did on Sept. 25, 2007.

NOW Christi has filed 2 reports against me, in her reports she pretends to be a Trish from Omaha, Nebraska and then she goes as anonymous from Washington. Only one problem, I have never sold a dog in either of these states, EVER! She fails to say what breed of puppy she bought and claims to have called me. I did however give her the benefit of the doubt and told her I would refund her 200% of her money plus vet bills IF she produces some key evidence! She needs to report on this website the AKC registration number of the puppy she bought from me, the microchip number of that puppy, the vet bills and also my original SIGNED contract that will contain her signature and my signature as I DO NOT SELL ANY PUPPY WITHOUT A SIGNED CONTRACT!!!!

I wonder if Christi saw me as competition and that is why she chose to sell me a Brucellosis infected dog, maybe she hoped it would wipe out my kennel. I test EVERY dog and I had this dog tested within 16 hours and kept him in isolation. After 16 days of torment he was finally humanely euthanised. His disease, Brucellosis, is highly contagious to humans and other dogs.

Readers, I implore you to search this website for Christi Harmon and Paula Walters, the reports will tell the truth, ask any of us involved, we have mountains of proof and even pictures of my dog that was purchased from Christi Harmon. Pictures of the Clumber Spaniel I bought from her being put to sleep because he had a horrible disease and she wouldn't do a thing about it!

I have kept silent until now because I was terrified of them after reading the court records. 3rd degree assault with physical injury, that is what you will see when you search case.net, among other things.

We have heard from you in regards to our own complaint about Paula. Thank you for your support.
We now see the scope of your own problem with these awful people. They pulled exactly the same tricks with us- ultimately getting down and dirty, desperately trying to explain themselves using twisted logic and outright lies.
Like us, you tried to be reasonable and state the facts of the situation, using common sense and documentation. They are not interested in truth, they are greedy peole who turn the story so far around that all you can do is shake your head and wonder if they're nuts.

To Tim in Colorado Springs- why would you stick your nose into this matter? You may have lucked out & gotten a healthy puppy from this woman, but please don't minimize the heartache they have caused others. There are countless stories of people spending thousands of dollars to nurse these dogs back to health. The Harmons and Walters are taking people's money hand over fist and not dealing with the problems they have created by shipping these animals far and wide across the country. It infuruates me that you have stuck up for them without regard to the facts in this case. Why would Debbie have invented this whole scenario? Trust me, I'm sure Debbies has lost a lot of sleep over this (like we have). Noone would do this for the fun of it. It is an ugly situation for a civilized person to be in.
They need to be stopped and your statements only add fuel to the fire.

Please call this office to report your puppies experience, Christi Harmons kennels are harboring contagious and infectious diseases. Mange in human form is Scabies and is a reportable comminucable disease. It should not be transported across the country.

Nextdaypets finally talked to Christi today and this is what they sent:
We just spoke with Christi this morning. The day you bought Charlie, you purchased him for $850. The dog is show quality. Christi explained to you that if you wanted full rights to him, you would have to pay $100 more. She had just lowered his price on our site that day to sell him and was letting everyone know that if you wanted him and have him with full rights, he was $100 more. You had told her your husband passed and that you just wanted a companion/pet. That $850 was fine. This is why she has not given you full rights. All you would have had to do was sent her $100 more and the she would have given you full rights to him.

She states that since you have name slandered her everywhere, she is not willing to work with you in any way. She has obtained an attorney and will be seeking to have everything removed written by you.

Apparently, nextdaypets will not stand by their policies and will not uphold the advertisement.

Christi knew I purchased the dog to show to fill my time since my husband's death. She advertised FULL AKC Rights. That is what I paid for. She has sunk as low as a person can go. I repeat, I have never lied or "slandered" her. She is a bad breeder and a bad person. That is not slander that is the truth!

this is what i am doing n my town. i have gotten to talk to few city workers.I have found 50 dogs at one residence. This is insane amount of dog. Write to your district congress every area has one. when the meter reader reads theysee all of this animal cruelty but wht is done? well stay tuned to mobile and find out. It is no way to have that many dogs. find the addy write your congress go to care 2 and you can make your own petition have the neighbors of the puppy mill sign it attesting to the nmber of dogs.

I am aperfectshihtzu and if you want my opinion I think we should have to pay 25.00 per year t have more than 6 dogs. anything over that is too many litters per year is . If you want to make a difference talk to your power co. or your water gas readers and mention casually about a residece who collects dogs. The investigator from the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office contacted me today and said that he spoke with Ms. Harmon and she said she sent the papers. I told him I did not get the papers and she has never sent proof that she sent them or had the package traced. I also explained to him that the AKC cannot issue me papers because they don't know what dog I have because none of the birth information, etc. match with the 3 dogs Ms. Harmon registered with the AKC. My puppy was advertised as one of a litter of nine, one female and eight males. I do have the original advertisement from nextdaypets.

I also just checked today to see how many puppies Ms. Harmon and her mother, Paula Walters, have for sale on puppyfind.com and nextdaypets.com. Ms. Harmon has listed Doberman Pinchers, Olde English Sheepdogs, Mini Schnauzers, Cocker Spaniels, Chihuahuas, Siberian Huskys, Chinese Crested, Newfoundlands and Toy Poodles. That is 9 different breeds of dogs! Her mother, whom Christie has repeatedly stated that she sells dogs with, has listed Coton De Tulears, Pomeranians, German Shephers, Shih Tzu, Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers, Pembroke Welsh Corgis and Havanese. That's seven different breeds. That is a total of 16 different breeds of dogs! And that doesn't include the puppies she has had listed in the past few months! How can anyone justify breeding that many dogs, having that many puppies and insist that they are not Back Yard Breeders or a Puppy Mill? Ms. Harmon breeds and sells puppies strictly for the monetary gain. If she cared at all about the puppies or the breed she would limit her breeding to one or two specific breeds. The AKC supports this practice just by their actions alone.

I will continue to take my puppy to the vet every week for treatments to combat the intestinal disorder he still has and he will continue to get better and have the best life possible. I will also continue to report Ms. Harmon to every agency possible and, hopefully, one of them will be responsible enough to right the wrongs done not only to me and others that have sick or dead puppies but be able to stop this from continuing.

This is Debbie. It is now November 30, 2007. I have had my puppy for almost 5 months and still do not have the AKC papers or pedigree. The puppy is still being treated for the intestinal condition he had when I got him. I have spent over $2,500 on vet bills and medicine for my puppy. I do have to say that I love my little boy and he's doing so much better and getting bigger and smarter every day. To this day, all I want are the AKC papers and pedigree. I can't even get a copy from the AKC because they don't know what puppy I have. She advertised that my puppy was out of a litter of nine, 8 males and 1 female. She has stated that she registered 3 puppies with the AKC from my puppies litter. She said my puppy was born on April 22, 2007. The puppies she registered were not born on April 22, 2007.

She is now selling puppies on puppyfind.com under the name of Cody and Christi. I left a review on puppyfind.com and she took it off. I've been in contact with puppyfind.com and they are not removing the other bad reviews. In a typical Christi Harmon move, she left herself good reviews to counteract the bad. One review is from Paula (her mother) who sells puppies with Christi and also has complaints filed against her with the MO Attorney General's Office. There are other people who have left her bad reviews all over the internet and her reaction is always that we are liars and she doesn't sell sick puppies. She does sell sick puppies. She sells puppies that die within days. She sells puppies, puts the money in her pocket, and walks away. She is not a good breeder. Good breeders would not have over 50 puppies for sale on the internet every week!

I repeat, DO NOT PURCHASE A PUPPY FROM CHRISTI HARMON without going to pick it up and immediately take it to a vet for a complete physical. And I'd also like to tell the people who have purchased a healthy puppy, with all promised paperwork, that I am happy for you and you should be thankful that you're not one of us who did not. Please do not call us liars. I am still waiting to hear from the other people who bought a puppy from my puppy's litter.

Please investigate before you buy a puppy from anyone on the internet. The internet is a wonderful thing but these "puppy for sale" sites have just created bad, greedy, incompetent puppy mills and Back Yard Breeders. Which is exactly what she is.

You said that you mailed the package to me on September 4, 2007. That's funny, when your husband called me on September 5, 2007, he said that he was holding the papers in his hands and would not send them to me until I removed this rip off report. Your lies are getting the best of you.

I truly feel sorry for you. I can live without my puppy's papers but I truly don't know how you sleep at night. I am not the other person who wrote the other report on you. I am not one of the five puppies that died recently in your kennel and all you did was Clorox your kennels. I am not the person who sold sick puppies or did not deliver what was promised. I have not lied here once. I have never been in trouble with the law or taken to court. I have not made up people to respond to this or the other report. You have plastered my name and address here (incorrectly and misspelled but close enough). That is how people are getting in touch with me. You state that you never sold Shihtzu puppies; have you forgotten the breeding pair that you were trying to sell just a few months ago along with their puppies? So that you could concentrate on the big dogs? The owner of one of your Shihtzu puppies has also contacted me.

As far as being state licensed, in the State of Missouri a license is $100 plus 50 cents for each puppy sold. I have already contacted the Agriculture Department of Missouri and have also sent them all my back up and have encouraged the others who have contacted me to do likewise.

I am not a stupid person. I am a very determined person. You did me wrong and you did the others wrong. I have never said one lie on this report. I respond to the other report because she also bought a sick puppy from you and I am in contact with her and also because that is where you first publicized my name and address (again, you have trouble with the spelling of cities).

Like I stated before, if your buyers are fortunate enough to get what they paid for, bless them. They are very lucky. When they are not lucky and get a sick or dying puppy or have any questions regarding their puppy or transaction with you, my heart goes out to them. They are accused of killing or starving their puppy. They are called liars and worse.

The Humane Society of the United States defines puppy mills as a breeding facilities that produce purebred puppies in large numbers. The puppies are sold either directly to the public via the Internet, newspaper ads, at the mill itself, or are sold to brokers and pet shops across the country. The Humane Society of the United States has a Breeder Complaint Form on their web site that I would urge all people who have purchased a sick puppy from anyone to fill out and send to the organizations and government agencies the Humane Society lists. The Human Societys website is hsus.org.

The ASPCA also has a web site with tons of information for animal owners.

I still have not heard from the other Clumber Spaniel puppy owners. I would love to hear from them. You also state that you had two litters of Clumber Spaniels in April. The AKC only has record of you registering one litter for April. One litter with 2 females and 1 male whose birth dates were not April 22, 2007 as stated on the immunization record you sent and Small Animal Certificate your vet signed. At least that is what they told me when I called them again on Friday.

I told you that if you wanted to restate your ad here telling people that you are wrong about me and that I didnt sell you a sick dog ... I would be more than willing to help you in anyway.

All that is is where the new owners have the chance to rename him what they want to and mail it in to AKC and everything will come back in their name not mine. So that the new owners will have 100% owner ship of that puppy.

I still do not have the AKC papers or the pedigree. I have gone to my post office and tried to request a "trace" on any package from Christi Harmon. I was informed that Christi would have to go, with her receipt, to the post office she mailed the package from and request that a trace be done. I've repeatedly asked Christi for proof that she sent the papers but all she does is avoid the issue. Christi, if you have proof, you have my email address, send it to me. Go to the post office and put a trace on the package. If you have your receipt, they can trace the package. What date did you send the papers? Can you at least answer that one question?

Also, Tm, from Colorado Spings (didn't know such a city existed in Colorado), Christi has both my phone number and my email address. I would love to hear from you to verify your existence. I'm sure Christi would be happy to give you that information. I sincerely do doubt your existence because your linguistic, grammar and spelling technique is so similar to Christi Harmons. I do have caller ID on my phone and, since the phone call from Mr. Harmon, all my incoming calls' phone numbers are recorded. I look forward to hearing from you.

Im sure all the puppies Mrs. Harmon sells are not sick or dying. She apparently sells, or at least advertises, numerous puppies of different breeds. I can only speak about my experience with her. My main issue with Mrs. Harmon is that she advertised an AKC registered (not able to be registered) puppy with a pedigree. The laws state that you cannot advertise or sell a puppy or dog as AKC registered if it is not AKC registered at the time of advertisement or sale. I wanted an AKC registered puppy so that I could start showing a puppy to fill up my time since my husband passed away in June. Mrs. Harmon knew this when I called about the puppy. She assured me that the puppy was already registered with the AKC and his papers would be arriving immediately. It is 2 1/2 months since I received my puppy. I have missed two puppy matches that I wanted to attend because she has not sent me the AKC papers.

My issue with the Harmons is the fact that they take advantage of people and, once they get their money, they could care less about the puppy or the people who purchase the puppy. She advertises a "health guarantee" but you never get a copy of this "health guarantee" so why does she advertise one? What does her "health guarantee" cover? Apparently nothing.

I got my male puppy from Christi and he got here in CO safe and sound with no problems whatsoever. He went the the vet the next day and passed with flying colors. My vet even said that you can tell that he came from a great breeder and you can tell that she cares about the well being of her puppies. Now does that sound like a person that sends sick puppies? Not at all.

It did take a few months after getting the puppy to get the puppy papers and pedigree but I did get them and I never once questioned Christi. I knew that she would get them to me and that she would have no reason to lie.

I have bought another puppy from Christi since then and guess what, Still no problems at all and this puppy was only ACA Reg not AKC and that is what he put in her ad.

I advise you to go to the post office and get your money back for the postage you spent and ask for your receipt of delivery. You have repeatedly said that "If you send me the papers, you will send them certified receipt". As of today, September 24, 2007, I do not have the AKC papers or pedigree. I realize the only way I am going to get the papers is through the AKC complaint that I filed.

I also advise you to talk to your husband about the phone call he made. Your husband called me when a plumber was at my house installing a new disposal and the plumber heard the whole conversation. The plumber was the one who insisted on calling the police to file the report because of your husband's threats. The police were the ones who contacted the phone company to get the phone record of the call.

Yes it did take a long time to get the puppy papers on this litter and like I told Debbie I 1st had her confused with another lady that got a Clumber from a litter that was a few weeks older than this one. That is why I told her that I mailed them to her and then if she will tell the truth I even told her that I got her mixed up with someone else.

I saw an ad for a puppy on nextdaypets.com and decided to do research before I purchased a puppy on the internet. I googled the breeder's name and found the rip off reports filed on her. There is also a complaint against her on nextdaypet.com's discussion group. I also went to insider pages and was able to contact Debbie in Pittsburgh. Debbie sent me all her back up including the phone records from the phone company showing a call to her house from Mr. Harmon. Debbie also sent me the verification from the AKC that the puppy was not even registered until the last week in August. Debbie sent me copies of all the complaints she filed. Debbie has vet bills that total over $1,500. I did not discover one lie or one fact that could not be collaborated. Debbie seems to have all her facts and evidence in order.

Just reading Ms. Harmon's responses left me with doubts about her business ethics and breeding practices. If Ms. Harmon has post office proof, what is it? A signed certified letter receipt? Ms. Harmon emailed Debbie on August 10th that she had sent the AKC papers but they must have gotten lost. How could she have sent the papers on August 10th when she didn't even register the puppy until the last week in August? Why doesn't Ms. Harmon just give Debbie the AKC registration papers and the pedigree?

One complaint against a breeder is too much but the more research I do, it is not only complaints about her business practices but also sick puppies, not to mention puppies that had died within days of the buyer receiving them. I decided not to purchase a puppy from the Harmons or the internet or nextdaypets.com. I will visit my local animal shelter this weekend.

I do agree that it is time to grow up and stop this childess stuff!!!

Like I said before I have the recipt from the post office where I mailed the puppy papers to her. Also the insiderpage deal... My lawyer has contacted them and it will be removed since I have the proof to show that Debbie is nothing but a trouble maker and a lier.

So if you want to try to come here to Missouri and take me to court that is fine.

Christi Harmon needs help. I have come to the realization that I am not going to get my AKC papers and pedigree. All I've wanted through this whole ordeal is what I paid for...a healthy puppy with AKC papers and pedigree. All her lies can not cover up the fact that she has never sent me the AKC papers and pedigree. I will pursue this in court. Please go to insiderpages and search kennels in Lebanon, MO to see what others have gone through with her. Please also go the Missouri Attorney General Office's website http://www.consumer.ago.mo.gov/Know_MO/ and search Harmon and you will see how the complaints she has filed against her (one of which is mine). Both her and her husband are sick people. I will deal with her and her husband in court. I will also bring the records from the phone company and police showing the date, time and length of the phone call I received from Mr. Harmon.

Goes to show that she even admits that the puppy is AKC and has been and that every thing that I have said from the start has been true and that I never lied to her about anything that was in my ad from the start.

This is why it took so long to get the puppy papers to her.

The momma was an import from Hungrey!

Since she was bred when I got her I had to have all of her paper work transfered over into my name.

Once I did that the orignal owner signed in the wrong spot.
It then had to be sent over to him and have him resign it and mailed back in .

He did that but didnt include the Dams name on the litter app.
This is what took so long.

I orgianlly sent in for this litter in June once they got all the paperwork that they needed to process this it probley was in August.

This was not my fault. I have no control over the time frame that it might take to get this paperwork done.

I never once lied about the dog. He was AKC and there was not 2 females and 1 male in this litter there was 2 males and 1 female.

As far as knowing my husbands name that is listed on my website and on all the paperwork when the puppy was shipped to her.

3 a letter from my vet stating that I am a good breeder and that i dont sell sick puppies and that there was nothing wrong with the puppy when he left me Exspecailly no Kennel Cough

4 The ad from nextday pets showing that the ad stated show potential never guaranteed it.

5 The email from this lady when she got the dog days later saying that she loved him and that he was beautiful and healthy. Neve said anything about the puppy coughing. Which if she would have researched Kennel Cough it is an airborn virus that the puppy could have picked up from another dog at the airport, airplane, or at his new home.

6 The copy from the postal office showing when and where I mailed her puppy papers to.

7 Letters and statements from the other 2 people that bought puppies in this litter saying that their puppies was very healthy and that they got thier AKC puppy papers and that they are 100% pleased.

So I have all the proof that I need to show that I am an honest person.

Like I said from the start I would have nothing to gain by lieing about the registrations. If they are ACA i will advertise them as ACA if they are AKC it will say AKC.

Now Debbie might have lost the papers or misplaced them and this could be why she is leing about not getting the paper work.

I can request a duplicate copy from AKC and have it mailed to her once I sign it but I dont feel that after all of this that she is trying to lie about and cause me all kinds of problems that I owe her anything.

I am a Christian and honest person and I dont like people that try to cheat and Lie.

Maybe one day this lady will do the right thing and admit that she was wrong and tell everyone that I did not sell her a sick puppy.And to grow up and stop all of this childess stuff. If she wants to that than I will help her out in anyway that I can but not until then.

I called the AKC today and they do have Litter #SR444405 registered. 1 male and 2 females. The birthdate on the registration is not April 22, 2007 as advertised, as stated on the medical certificate and also the information paper she sent. I received the puppy on July 13, 2007. They did not even register the puppies until the week of August 27th! She advertised the puppy as AKC registered with a pedigree and born on April 22, 2007.

She told me she mailed me the AKC papers and pedigree the beginning of August. She did not even register the puppy until after I demanded the AKC papers and pedigree on August 10th. She apparently has the registration papers and still will not send me the AKC papers and the pedigree. What is the problem? I paid for them. I will continue my complaints with the Missouri and Pennsylvania Attorney General Offices, the AKC, and civil court. It is against Missouri (and Pennsylvania) law to advertise AKC registered dogs/puppies for sale and not deliver the AKC papers. We will see who the "liar" is when we get to court. I have all my back up including the record of the phone call from her husband, Cody (how would I know his name if he didn't call me?).

I myself has been ripped off by a breeder except I never even got my Shih-tzu. I wired $1,020.00 and when you wire money across state lines it becomes interstate commerce fraud. The persons finally after many harrassing phone calls and the bait and switch scam sent $700.00 back. So anytime they contact you make a paper trail and if you email them or them you keep records. I think breeders go crazy dealing with too many dogs. Some have 5 different breeds. I am looking into a site that screens all breeders by reputation and not jelousy but facts. So when someone wants a pet they will not have to go here as an after thought.

Cody Harmon, apparently Christi Harmon's husband, called me on the phone last night threatening me and telling me that he was coming to Pittsburgh. He said he would "serve me with a subpoena" because my Rip Off Report is hurting his business. He also told me that he had the AKC papers but would not send them to me until I removed the Rip Off report. He also stated that he would take the puppy away from me. He was very confused also and gave me quit a few different stories about the puppy and his parents, etc.

I stated to him, as I stated to his wife, that I paid for and wanted a healthy, AKC registered Clumber Spaniel with his pedigree. They just can't seem to get it. I paid for AKC papers and a pedigree and I don't have either. Please do not deal with these people! It is not worth the aggravation!

Once Mr. Harmon hung up, I immediately filed a police report with my local police department reporting Cody Harmon's harrassment and threats.

I do not lie. I state the facts. I still do not have the AKC papers or the pedigree from Harmon. It is now September 4, 2007. This breeder has told more stories than Mother Goose. She can't get her stories straight either.

I am now in the process of taking her to court and the AKC is in the process of gathering all the information for an investigation. All I want is what I paid for. A healthy Clumber Spaniel born on April 22, 2007 along with his AKC papers and pedigree. I received a Clumber Spaniel who was not healthy and does not have AKC papers and his pedigree. I've never asked for my money back from PayPal.

Since July 13, 2007 all I've asked for is the AKC papers and pedigree. This woman has three other cases filed against her with the Missouri Attorney General's Office. I repeat, do not buy a puppy from this person.

She is not telling the truth about anything to do with this transaction.

This lady tried to contact paypal to act like she never got the puppy and tried to get her money back which she did not get.
Also called my vet and tried to tell them that I sent them a fake Health Certifacte which my vet told her that it was real and that I am a clint of thiers.
