This company is totally unscrupulous.  My client signed up and probably didn't read the fine print.  Whatever.  The materials were worthless, and requests to cancel were simply ignored.  I had to threaten legal action against them to get them to finally stop charging the credit card.

Here is how the scam works:  You order materials you think you want for a relatively small price, thinking "oh, if they are no good, I'm only out $30."  But the default setting when you check out AUTOMATICALLY signs you up for hundreds of dollars of additional materials.  You can cancel within the "trial period" -- but the company does not bill you during the "trial period", so you would never think you need to cancel.  Then, the company starts charging your credit card and refuses to accept your cancellation, and asserts that they will continue to charge you because you were too late -- even though you have cancelled.  State attorneys general should shut down these fraudsters.

We sincerely apologize that you have had such a frustrating experience after purchasing one of our products. Our policy is that we let our customers try out our products during a trial period and if they decide it's not right for them, they can cancel during this time.

All details of an order are listed on the order screen before the order is submitted.  Once the order is complete an email receipt is sent to the customer's email address.  This receipt shows the items ordered, payment terms and contact information.  If you review your email order receipt and find that there is something incorrect on your order you can contact Christian's support team immediately by replying directly to the receipt, sending an email or using live support or phone.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and customers can cancel their products by emailing support@catchhimandkeephim.com . If you are still having any difficulty resolving this please reach out to us at this email and we will do everything we can to resolve it.
