After signing on the dotted line, I moved into my new home. I noticed several serious infrastructure problems were not disclosed. Appliances and fixtures that were included, were missing from the unit. The real estate lock box was still on the door. I contacted the agents and was given the runaround. I also had no entry to common areas mail, parking, pool, laundry, trash etc. There were many excuses over the weeks. I contacted the inspector who also gave me the runaround. I experienced many sleepless nights waiting for a resolution. The whole thing was so suspicious, I began to think they didn’t really have the authority to sell the unit. I WAS able to confirm that I was the owner and that I was experiencing a case of horrific customer service and fraud(missing appliances and fixtures). Both agents became angry because I dared to ask for common area entry keys, cards, fixtures, appliances etc. I had to contact some executive at century21.com to partially rectify the situation(keys, cards and lockbox). I do not recommend their company.
