Christiani Casanova Carter Banking Fraud Scam, Stolen Checks, Fake business, con aritst Oak Harbor, Washington

Fraud: Christiani Casanova Carter/ Roger Carter/ Christiani Rossi

There is a major scam going involving a man supposedly named Christiani Casanova Carter in and around Oak Harbor. He poses as a wealthy guy from Miami. He says he is involved in the entertainment industry, modeling, music, advertising. He seeks either, assistants or models. He asks them to open a bank account (or two) so that he can begin transferring funds so you can start paying his personal accounts, and run errands and so on. He will deposit fraudulent checks into your account and then have you immediately withdraw the money - you will then be liable for the uncleared withdrawal. He does this in increments of 2,000, 2,500, or 5,000. He attempts to legitimize his company, that he calls DressCode Entertainment (or NextMiami, SoBe Entertainment).

He will ask you to fill out a W-4, do not do this (you will be giving your social security number and address). He poses as being from out of the country, Italian, or European so that he does not have identification, always asking for you to use yours. He also, never has a vehicle, asking to be picked up at certain locations. His lies of not having a vehicle include: His girlfriend whom works at the Naval Base is using it, a pastor at a local church is borrowing it, or he has it parked at a local store. Do not believe this character and phone the Oak Harbor police immediately.

He is about 6'2", blue eyes, short brown hair (a sort of buzz cut), and very narrow eyes, is very thin and has a tattoo of a bull rider on his left arm, and an unfinished angel on his ribs that runs up to his neck. He wears urban street clothes, black jacket with sweater, fitted jeans and leather loafers. His speech is slow and his demeanor is very relaxed and a bit dissociated with his surroundings. He makes calls to someone who his helping him, a woman. His phone number is 305-336-9140. BEWARE!
