on this last past tuesday the 21st of febuary a horse Mitzi was deliveryed to my home in NJ. when she arrived christina busch came into my home to get paid and give me her papers. she was paid $850.00 cash. $500.00 plus my horse Shiloh for Mitzi. and another $350.00 for hauling. at that point she told my mom, husband, and i that the horse was lame. i was surprised and said what do you mean? she said not to worry she was sound just stood on the trail to long without shipping boots and she had been riden on some rocky ground and not to be worried at all.
so i paid her and she said she didnt need any reciept. we then went outside unloaded the mare, and put her in the arena. i could see she was off like Christina said, but trusted the explaination she had given in the house. i figured they drove 6 hours to us and had 6 hours to go back and who would do that just to get rid of a lame horse. well did i learn the hard way. she did just that very thing. after loading Shiloh onto her trailer they left.
i keep an eye on the mare and she seemed to be getting worse with the way she walked. her steps were short and she couldnt cross over one leg over the other to turn in either direction. so with this concern i emailed her. she said not to worry she just stood in the trailer to long and had no shipping boots . Christina said to let her no in a few days how she was and if she was still lame. i did so we went back and forth in a few more emails. i explained the horse was getting worse and that i bought the horse as a sound , safe, trailriding horse. and that she was still lame and i didnt want a lame horse. as my horse Shilon she took was 100% sound and healthly and only 4 yr old, a gouroeous leopard appy gelding.
she emailed me today and said she talked it over with her boyfriend and they decided that this was a done deal. i had given them the opition to return my horse and all monies and pickuup their mare or the pickup there mare, and return $500.00 and keep Shiloh. but , if they keep Shiloh i must be told where they sold him to and it must be a good home. but , they said no and that they said "its a done deal"! im very sad, and very upset that people like this exist in the world and that they would go to such lenghts to get rid of an animal and to ripoff someone for there money and take there horse besides. i hope they would come to ther senses and do the rite thing, but it seems hopeless. i guess ill have to keep reporting them so this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Yesterday the matter between Christina Busch and Mickey Harvey has been resolved. Both horses are safely back to there owners. Both horses were returned in very good condition, and were taking very good care of. We are both good people who love our horses. It was unfortunate that this misunderstanding occured. Both horse owners have mended there relationship and wish the best for eachother. Christina made good on her efforts to return Shiloh to me and the money. I returned Mitzi , and all is well. Glad we all had a happy ending. Mickey

You bought a horse site unseen and complain about it? I have been riding horses over 40 years and have never, EVER bought a horse without trying the horse out first plus letting my Brother and Father examine the horse. Plus a vet check. You screwed yourself.

You traded a good horse and paid money for a gimp horse? Why in the world would you do such a thing? Using appropriate spelling and using normal capital letters where they belong lead one to believe you are not the brightest bulb. I am very sad and upset that you would give up a good horse, PAY them money then complain. What is wrong with you?
