Christopher A. Frazier, a former attorney now disbarred by the State of Georgia Bar Association, has stolen more than $100,000 in his client's money since 2003.  Frazier has been on the run since stealing his client's money.

JEFFREY WALKER FRAZIER is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and is the brother of Christopher A. Frazier.

Jeffrey Frazier has refused repeated requests for assistance locating his brother, Christopher A. Frazier, to hold Chris Frazier accountable for the more than $100,000 he owes his clients, including thousands of dollars owed the State Bar of Georgia after the Bar paid claims made against the Bar's Client Trust Fund for Christopher A. Frazier's theft of his client's money.

Sadly, Jeff Frazier and Chris Frazier's late father was a Judge in Rome County, Georgia.  Imagine how he must now be rolling over in his grave at the regrettable conduct of Christopher A. Frazier and Jeffrey W. Frazier.

I was contacted recently by a man identifying himself as Chris Frazier, "a former attorney, adjunct university professor, journalist, and author of an upcoming novel." He had read an article of mine online and wanted to discuss it. He gave me his email address: cafwriter@gmail.com

When I contacted him, he mentioned that he had just gotten out of the hospital after back surgery and was temporarily staying with someone. He wanted me to help him with research for his novel (without paying me anything), which was a big red flag. When I explained that I don't work for free (except for legitimate nonprofits that interest me), he gave me a sob story about multiple surgeries, no money, how his book will be a blockbuster bestseller, etc., etc., and how I was missing a great opportunity. (I was not impressed.) I googled him afterward and this ripoff report came up.

The number he called from was 912-897-4145, which WhitePages.com lists as a "Comcast land line" in Savannah, Ga., associated with Frances G. Thurman (age 65+), Gail Thurman, and Kim Thurman (30-34).

I am a victim of Christopher A. Frazier and responsible, at least in part, for getting him disbarred as an attorney to practice law in Georgia.

Frazier stole money from me and did not perform the work.  I sued him in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, in civil action case number 05VS080471.  I won a judgment against him for $60,552.50.  He has never paid the judgment, and is on the run.

I had the Chatham County Sheriff levy his property -- none.  No car registered in his name.  No assets of record.  He is broke, desparate and for some time now, on the run.

If anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of Christopher A. Frazier, the Chatham County Sheriff's Office, State of Georgia, Georgia Bar Association and I would like to know.
