 In late December, 2016 I went on my city website "Out and About in Troy Illinois " looking for a recommendation for a plumber to fix the leak in my toilet in the basement. Quite a few people recommended a Lee Irwin. He and Chris Arnold are brother in law's and partners. Chris talked me into a whole bathroom remodel totalling a thousand dollars. He never did finish the work, trim, etc. From there it went to remodeling my upstairs. I got hardwood floors in 3 bedrooms, painted 3 rooms, upstairs bathroom remodeled but never finished. He covered the vent with flooring in my son's room and now he has no air or heat in his room. I kept asking him for my receipts for the work and he would never give them to me. I paid him for bottom kitchen cabinets and countertops which he had taken back to Home depot and got the money. My kitchen is a shell. I paid him 4k alone to tear up my kitchen and he never came back. He went to jail for theft by deception for someone else he had ripped off. He is currently in Utah prison for crimes he did there. He got extradited to Utah from Illinois. He unhooked my stove and I can't even cook for my kids. Now I'm broke and I don't know what to do
