Rebuttal to Ripoff Report dated August 18th 2016 and the updated report of April 16 th 2018, filed by Paul Hartmann against Chrysalis Energies Inc., Brent Knudsen, Mari Lynne Knudsen, Jake Cunningham and Rafico.

With regards to the statements contained in the above mentioned Ripoff Report towards the parties described above, Mr. Hartmann made certain claims which subsequently have been proven in Court to be untrue as evidenced by the Court Case and Judgment, dated November 30th, 2018, made in the Ontario
Court in Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada, ruling against Mr. Paul Hartmann and in favour of the harmed parties listed above.

Here is a copy of the Court Judgment (Claim number 18-314 SC) and it should be noted that a portion of the financial damages have been paid by the Defendant, Mr. Paul Hartmann and we thank him for complying with this Court Order.

We understand that in today's world it is easy for people to become confused or mislead by others so we would like to make it very clear that we do not have any misgivings or hold any negative thoughts or feelings toward Mr. Paul Hartmann or Ripoff Report.

It should be noted that Ripoff Report is a legitimate online service where “users” can post any report they like on any person or company.

Ripoff Report clearly states “We are not in a position to judge the credibility and truthfulness of the millions of Reports and related comments posted on our site. Because the Reports and subsequent postings come from users, we are not in a position to know what is accurate and what isn't. Ripoff Report cannot and does not investigate the accuracy of everything posted by our users.”

As a result of the Courts Decision and Court Judgment contained herein, the parties listed above kindly ask Ripoff Report to immediately remove the post filed by Mr. Paul Hartmann.

It is always very easy (buy harmful) when a complainant utters outragous and false accusations simply because he is not getting one's own way in a dispute or contract. The complainant is a rabid lyer and fails to explain that they placed an order for a product and simply do not want to pay for what was ordered and can be delivered. Instead the complainmant is grossly slandering the busines and business owner with outragous and false claims.

I have known Brent personally his whole life and can assure readers that he is indeed an excllent orator and saleperson BUT not dishonest nor with a record in court as claimed by the complainant. There is no question that there is a long and nasty background with a former business partner that has led to these false charges and that the outcome of such claims and charges either has or will  entirely fully vindicate Brent and Chrysalis; and almost certainly result in significant damages being awarded against the other parties making these false accusations.

I do hope that the record is cleared form this site and can assure you that the truth will put this claimant at significant risk of liable and slander charges. I am not nor ever have been a business partner with Brent nor Chrylsalis but Know the dishonesty in these claims and the truth of the high intergrity and honesty of Brent and his company.
