In 30 months of a 60 month term i was over 5 days late 2 times and it was only a few more days but under 10 and never over 30. I started recieving calls from these people saying i owed 143.00 for something and they didnt know why. I said i would be glad to pay it if you could tell me why and nobody could  ever figure it out. I told them that online it didnt show me oweing them anything like that and if i did why didnt they take it out of the extra 500 i put on my last 3 months payments. She said i dont know but i needed to pay it. I told them i was not paying anything till my next month payment to stop calling me. They started calling me 8 times a day and even on saturdays starting at 8:05 and it starting to get ugly.

Well the next sat some Bit$$ called and told me how i need to start paying my bills on time or sell the truck that i couldnt pay for etc. The conversation went very bad and i hung up on her. The next day i had another lady call and ask where my truck was because they was coming to repo it. I started laughing and asked if this was a joke and she told me this was laughing matter. I said i dont need to discuss anything with you i need a manager. Once this smarta got on the phone he tells me that i havent made a payment in 4 months and they was coming to get my truck. I told him that i havnt missed a payment and i actually paid 500 over what was due for the last 3 months.

After he looked into the situation the person i got into a fight with on the phone backed all of my payments out of my account for the ladt 4 months and put them straight on principal to make it look like i didnt make my payments.  This all went on over a 3 week period. After all this i just make a payment whenever because i have gotten discusted with this company and now its gotten worse because now they start called one day after the due date. YTD i have paid 1200 over my normal monthly payments even know some now have been late and they are calling saying i am still late. 2 times they have called and said if i pay this amount it will be caught up and i pay that amount and they still call the next day and say i am 30 days pd and are threatning to come pick my truck up.

The last time we spoke i told them i would pay it tomorrow night because i was out of town and didnt have my computer as long as they would stop calling my cell phone ever 2 hours because i was vacation. 2 hours later to date i still get these calls and vm to 8:00 at night. I finially answered and told them that Year to date i was 1200 ahead and they called me again i would drop the insurance and burn the truck in my pasture and they still call. This is the worst bunch of people i have ever seen in my life. They have left me 6 voicemails in 2 days saying i need to stop avoiding there calls and i need to pay my bils.
