Chuck Hughes Beware of misleading refund policy! Nationwide

Stay Away!  My husband and I purchased the Chuck Hughes Weekly Options Advisory service last year after receiving literature and emails for years outlining the success of Chuck Hughes and his 20%/monthly returns.  The only reason we agreed to a $6,000 price tag was because of the money back guarantee after one year which is stated on the enrollment form: "Guaranteed To Make Money or Your Full Purchase Price Back!!!" This was also reiterated several times by our sales representative who we made the mistake of believing.

After one year, our account was down $1500.  I printed off my statement, enrollment form and a letter requesting a refund and promptly emailed it to the support email address.  After several attempts, I received no response.  I also called the customer service number twice and was told by the same very rude representative that it's not based on your account making money, but only the ADVISORY making money and there is no refund allowed. This does not even make sense since our account was being auto-traded by their recommended platform and following the weekly alert instructions! 

The bottom line is this company lied to us about their refund policy and is obviously more concerned about keeping subscription fees than having happy customers.  Very disappointed and would definitely not recommend this service!
