CHUCK VAN HORN Sold me a lemon Plymouth Wisconsin

I went on the internet to look for a car loan due to alot of unpaid medical bill. Chuck Van Horn called me and told me they could help me get an affordable car for me. I went in and they talked me into a 2006 KIA Spectra 5. They found a fianance company called CPS THATS ANOTHER RIP OFF,but I didn't even get home and realized this car they soaked me $15,000 for didn't even have a speedometer or odometer that worked, when I got home I called them they refused to take the car back. To make a long story short after 14 mos. of trying to get it fixed and paying large payments with no results after being in the shop for over 7 times I ran a car faxed and found out the car was deemed a lemon in 2006 by the Florida attorney generals office and the titled was then branded but somehow Van Horn washed the title and its been nothing but a headache and alot of hard money thrown away. They are terrible people who should be shut down this is a very short form of the very long story.
