It's really quite simple. I saw a dress online I liked, so I sent them the money for it via Pay Pal. I had done business once with them already with no problem, so I ordered another dress from them. They sent nothing. Now their website has disappeared and most likely someone else took it over, (bought the URL to it anyway) so please keep in mind I am talking about the OLD version of churchfashions.com, not the current version now online. I live in New Mexico and they are in Texas somewhere. Any ideas at all on how I can get my money back from them, please? At this point I do not want the dress from them any more, as I do not trust them any longer, and just want my money back. Here is some information tidbits on the whole transaction:

Business Contact Information:

Customer Service URL: http://www.churchfashions.com
Customer Service Email: sales@churchfashions.com
Customer Service Phone: 888-937-8488

I was also able to find THIS number for them also:

(713)628-2627

I left at least 2 messages on their answering machine which had a woman's voice on it. Of course I heard NOTHING back, and I was gentle and polite in my messages. I did not get a phone call back, an email back, or "snail" mail message back. Nothing. I explained I paid for a dress which they never sent to me.

I think the same company owns other sites on the web that sell clothing and possibly hats, too.

The company goes by this name as well:

"HIGH Enterprises"

Here are the transaction details...please note the date in which I paid for the dress and the amount I paid:

Jun. 30, 2005 Payment To HIGH Enterprises Completed-$189.00

I do not know if this is relevant, but here is the dress description:

Item Title: Scala Dress
Item Number: 76541 Color: Champagne

What do I do now? Where do I go from here? Their original site is now gone and they refuse to get back to me when I leave courteous, polite messages on their answering machine, and when I tried to email them, they either do not write back or they deleted their email box so my letters just bounce back, never even seen or read by them at all.

We do not live in the same state. They live one state over from me. Also I do not want time to run out, so by law, I can eventially no longer sue. How much time left do I have to sue? What do I do if we don't even live in the same state?

Thanks to anyone out there who can help me...
