once again more slander being posted by a joke of a man in his field, Tom Erik Raspotnik aka Tom Blackwood aka Blobtard.  not only his slanders against the Church of Malphas is false, he fabricates evidence, creates sock accounts, and smear remarks that people are sex offenders, rapists, or pedophiles.  yet he has no proof of it.  we do have a trademark and our website is copyrighted, we work with a lawyer we represents a trademark company we hired.  on top of that, Tom was sent a letter from our lawyer asking him to respond in writing in order of compliance.  all he says to that is he never received such, but now he is saying in blogs he has received them so his new tactic is to make fake websites promoting false hoods against our church across seas where is under the illusion he will be safe there.  we have repeatedly told him to have his lawyer because he says he has a lawyer contact our lawyer, but no such was done.  we gave him the contact info and all, yet no such was done.  for a man he has his own father sign for that letter, which is in the image posted with this rebuttal, yet he still refuses to admit its authenticity.  clearly a delusional man who can accept reality that we are pursuing him by legal means.  and he spells my last name wrong as well which shows his incompetence to handle legal proceedings.
