chvtrade.top I received the package but with socks in it, instead of ordered supplements for my pet which cost me 42.99$

Soon after the order was confirmed by email, I received the tracking number for the package. It was the first time I noticed something is wrong, since the company claimed it is international, selling Vetri disk USA manufactured supplements., but item was shipped from China.

I contacted the support team and they responded with no worry, they shipped the item from the warehouse on China, since the one in USA do not have this particular item on the stock. Today, one month later, I received the package but with Gucci socks in it, instead of ordered supplements.

It is obviously a scam. I contacted Chvtrade immediately, I requested their explanation. I asked them to do a refund or to send the proper item asap. Unfortunately, the did not respond.
