Chrysler Corp. Regarding 1990 Jeep Cherokee's Corroding Exterior Paint

Calling all 1990 Jeep Cherokee owners!! Am seeking info. or wanting to start class action suit against Chrysler as my own 1990 Cherokee as well as 99.9% of every one I see on the road has corroded paint on entire car that gets a whitish film and cannot be removed. I have discussed this problem with many auto places and was told that it is the fault of Chrysler who was trying to comply with industry standards at the time and something messed up big time. I am not the first owner of my car which may be a problem, but would love feedback or help from anyone out there with this problem or knowledge. This year also has major over-heating problems and was documented as the WORST used to car to ever buy. ( unfortunately, I didn't read consumer's report until it was too late). Anyone?
