Ciara Group Ciara does not pay salesman's commissions Lilburn Georgia

I was hired as a regional sales director with the Ciara Group. I was to introduce Ciara Group's travel incentive program to companies in the area, via appointments set up by Ciara's telemarketers.

However, Ciara Group never paid me commissions on sales I made. I found out after going back on my own to companies I had previously met with that Ciara Group sold those companies behind my back and did not pay me commissions. When I called the sales manager on this, he told me that I was incorrect, and then fired me for spotlighting their dishonesty.

I found out after leaving the company that the entire class I trained with was no longer with Ciara Group. They left because of dishonesty by the owners at Ciara and/or non-payment of earned commissions.

Such dishonesty seems to be endemic to the travel incentive industry. Most of the travel incentive companies seem to be based in Florida and Georgia, where fraud seems to run rampant.
