CIC Credit Monitoring AnnualCreidtReport.com ripoff Irvine California

I use a prepaid mastercard for all my online activities, ebay, paypal, and a few bills i need to pay. i tried to purchase a phone for my mother and it was declined. not sure why i called my creditcard company asking why. they told me i had too many preauthorizations and i needed one to fall off before i could continue. i asked them for a list of these and lo-and behold i came across one i didnt recongnize. CIC credit monitoring. baffled i started to wrack my brain. went to work and thought about this all night...when i got home i decided to do a google search and came across all this rip-off stuff. upon reading i recognized the website "annual credit report . com" about 3months ago i was trying to look at my credit report for a future car purchase and was asked for my CC# only for verification purposes. and that my card would not be charged. so i called my CC company back and asked them to go back a few months and find out when this was charged. Not once but 2x a $12.00 charge had gone through. and that about 2x a month for the past 3 months they had continued to try to charge my card. luckily it is prepaid and i only add money for things i need right away. imagine if it was a real one. The representative was really nice and said she would report this as fraud. what up and up company tries to charge you everyother week?? well she is sending me a replacement card and i am currently disputing this. and trying to find out how i can sue the &(%^$ er's!!! this is crazy!!!!
