CIC Credit Monitoring made multiple fraudulent charges to my account. I reported it to Bank of America, who I had my account with and they claimed no leagal action could be done because CIC was a partner company. Instead they would only allow me to talk with a representative from CIC.
In the end my money was credit back but the bank treated me as more of an inconvience to there partner then a client and both companies blamed me for the fraudulent charges.
I think the relationship that Bank of America has with this corrupt company should be illegal because it is conflicting with their clients interest. I suggest anyone one with a Bank of America account cancel it as soon as possible.
