I just got a charge of 79.95 from Cic Credit monitoring company on my debit card. A year ago I went to QSpace.com and signed up for their "FREE" credit report. I went ahead and got the $5.00 score report. Nowhere did it say I would be charged 79.95 a year later. I still Have the eamail from that day:

Ok, maybe I might have been tipped off by the free credit report with paid membership(how can it be free if you pay for it?). Monthly online credit monitoring alerts? I guess you have to go to their website and actually know you are a member to take advantage of that. Credit dispute forms, ironic. I never recieved any creditcheck newsletters. Actually this is the only email I've ever recieved from them.
Ok, so I go to their website today and it says the credit check service is 9.95 a month. They haven't been taking that out so I must not be signed up for it right? So why am I being charged 79.95 from another company called Cic?
