IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT
To everyone who has emailed, written, called, and faxed:
thank you, and if I have not yet responded to your communications, please excuse my delay. I've recieved hundreds of emails, telephone calls, and faxes!
To keep everyone up to date: Consumerinfo is refusing to modify their advertising and also refusing to refund my clients $79.95. In fact, their attorney Richard Grabowski of Jones Day informed me yesterday that he wishes to see my clients forced into bankruptcy over this lawsuit.

Mr. Grabowski tells me that my clients are going to lose, and that he will immediately seek over $100,000 of attorney's fees from my clients. Please let him know that my clients don't deserve this. Let him know that my clients are not alone and they don't deserve bankruptcy for fighting for consumer's rights.
Additionally, you may contact the presdient of Experian (they own Consumerinfo.com) at John.Peace@experian.com. Let him know what you think about their advertising and business practices.
Until then, please continue sending me copies of all the written communications between you and Consumerinfo.com (CIC Credit Monitoring) that you have or recieve. Due to the large responses, please use the following email address: consumerinfo@hugheslg.com Please use this address if you are interested in joining in the lawsuit as well. I'll try to get back to each one as soon as I can.
The court is due to rule on March 28, 2003. This is a preliminary ruling, and if we lose, the entire lawsuit is thrown out. Please everyone keep your fingers crossed and pray for justice.
