I signed up for a free credit report. I have since cancelled my account. I was getting billed 4.95 and 9.95, after i cancelled my account the 4.95 was not getting taken out of my account anymore.

I have called several times to get the 9.95 to quit being taking out of my account. They have yet to quit. It has been well over 6 months now.
