Their charges for $11.95 appearing on my credit card--fortunately, I can dispute it with the credit card company but what a hassle. If you call their number you are on hold forever--after reading many of the complaints I don't understand why California's attorney general or someone who looks out for consumers doesn't deal with these jerks!!!
