I never recieved a free credit report first of all. then i cancelled in apr of 06 and they asked if i would like to cancel my membership so of course i did then one month passed with no charges and then it showed up again. they said i canceled a premium membership that i never had and never recieved charges for. they said they looked one account up by social and the other by credit card #. but failed to notify me of any other accounts that were not asked for or applied for. why would i call to cancle a membership and they just downgrade the membership that wasn't upgraded. And not say anything about other charges.
