Cic Credit Report ripoff false advertising. New York City Internet

Two years ago I requested a credit report. I received it online and was billed right away, not 30 days later.

On Nov 5, 2003, I requested a rating and then the entire credit report. I received both and intend to pay. But, the membership would be billed after 30 days.

Two days later, my bank was billed $5.00, $24.95, $79.95 and $1.00. A total amount of $110.90.

I called and was told the $1.00 was for initial checking, and $24.95 for 3 bureaus, the $5.00 for rating and because I had been with cic before I was billed $79.95 right away.

I feel this was false advertising. You said the membership would be after 30 days.

I have now cancelled and I want my bank account reversed for $79.95...
